All orders are shipped by default WITHOUT tracking with french postal service in Colompac mailer (vinyl only), once a week.
Tracking and insurance are optional, YOU have to choose the option or contact us if it does not show.

Bandcamp will message you once package is sent.

Untracked parcels are cheaper, slower, and certainly does not guarantee refund or replacement in case of loss or damaged good during transport (items are mint when leaving our premise).
By ordering this way, you agree to refrain any claim, especially to Paypal, even if without tracking, you will always win, but that would be a breach of this agreement ;) right?

If you do disagree, please use tracking option, which we especially recommend for Italy, South America or if you simply like it safe and fast.
From experience, only a very few orders never ever reached destination nor came back, less that 10 since 1988, but still, risk exists.

We replace items free of charge if you get the wrong item or if it has been proven initially shipped damaged.
If item is not in stock or sold out, we refund you the item price.

Important, if package show damages at delivery please claim to the shipping company.
